Resolution 08-12

Authority Member ____________ moved approval of the following resolution:

A RESOLUTION RECOGNIZING THE PAST SERVICE OF CELESTA RILLING TO THE EL PASO – TELLER COUNTY ENHANCED 9-1-1 AUTHORITY.

WHEREAS,  the El Paso – Teller County 9-1-1 system relies on assistance from members of the Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) community; and,

WHEREAS,  Celesta Rilling served for 12 years as the PSAP Manager for the Teller County Sheriff’s Office; and,

WHEREAS,  during that time Ms. Rilling  participated in many committees and groups  working on projects of the 9-1-1 system; and,

WHEREAS, Ms. Rilling  provided guidance and expertise for many of the projects of the Authority.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:

For her time and assistance to the El Paso – Teller County Enhanced 9-1-1 system and ultimate service to the citizens of El Paso and Teller County, the El Paso – Teller County Enhanced 9-1-1 Authority adopts this resolution in honor of Celesta Rilling.
