Resolution 08-08
Authority Member _______________ moved approval of the following resolution:
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT SIX TO THE JKA CONSULTING, LLC CONTRACT.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Colorado State Law, the Authority has contracted with JKA Consulting, LLC, provide consulting as to the day to day operation of the two county wide emergency telephone service Authority; and,
WHEREAS, the consulting contract allows for the terms of the contract to be changed by a vote of the Authority; and,
WHEREAS, a change is required to hire qualified personnel to operate the Authorities GIS project.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
The Chairman of the Authority Board is directed to sign Amendment Number Six, for attachment to the original contract and amendments. Amendment number Six establishes the compensation for Year 2008 at $863,534.55.
