Resolution 07-15
Authority Member ______________ moved approval of the following resolution.
A RESOLUTION SETTING THE AMOUNT OF COMPENSATION FOR THE JKA CONSULTING, LLC CONTRACT FOR THE YEAR 2008.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Colorado State Law, the Authority has contracted with JKA Consulting, LLC, to provide consulting as to the day to day operation of the two county wide emergency telephone service authority; and,
WHEREAS, Section IV of the contract directs the Authority and JKA Consulting, LLC to negotiate the compensation due JKA Consulting for year five of this contract, and;
WHEREAS, negotiations have taken place as required under the contract.
The Chairman of the Authority Board is directed to sign Amendment Number Five, for attachment to the original contract and Amendments. Amendment Number Five establishes the compensation for Year 2008 at $824,534.55.
