Resolution 07-10

Authority Member_________________moved approval of the following resolution:

A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE RATE OF TARIFF FOR EMERGENCY TELEPHONE SERVICE FOR EL PASO – TELLER COUNTY ENHANCED 9-1-1 FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 2008.

WHEREAS, 29-11-103 (3) C.R.S. requires that the El Paso – Teller County Enhanced 9-1-1 Authority establish the tariff charge for emergency telephone service; and

WHEREAS, the El Paso – Teller County Enhanced 9-1-1 Authority has held a public meeting to gather citizen input; and

WHEREAS, the El Paso – Teller County Enhanced 9-1-1 Authority has considered all factors concerning the tariff and needed revenues for 2008.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:

The tariff rate charge for calendar year 2008 shall be $.70 cents per access line.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:

The action of this Resolution shall become part of the official minutes of the Authority and the Secretary shall notify each exchange access carrier and wireless carrier.
