Subject: Promulgation of Policies and Procedures

 

            A Policy and Procedures Committee shall be established by the Board and shall review the policies as required by the Board. The Committee shall recommend policies and procedures to the Authority Board relative to the operation of the E-9-1-1 system.  The Committee shall also formally review the existing policies and procedures annually, during the first quarter of each year.

 

            The Policy and Procedure Committee membership shall consist of the following:

 

1)                  Two Authority Board members.

2)                  PSAP Manager from each of the current PSAPs.

3)         The System Manager (ex officio) for record keeping.
