Daily Operation of the Enhanced 9-1-1 System is the responsibility of System Manager. He shall be responsible for coordination, network issues and database issues with US West, Rush Telephone & El Paso franchise telephone companies. Additionally, he is responsible for the maintenance of specific Authority Board owned equipment, maintenance of the Enhanced 9-1-1 database, review of performance standards, and resolution of problems.
